Compass Check. We start with a focused conversation to understand where you are in the lifecycle of your business, what you are working toward, and whether exit is a near or future consideration. This is not an evaluation. It is a fit conversation to determine whether the way we work aligns with what your business will require to hold under external scrutiny.

Discovery. We map the business the way a buyer will evaluate it. This includes how decisions are made, where the business depends on the founder, and what will not transfer cleanly in a transaction. We identify the issues that surface during diligence before the process begins.

Pre-Transaction Preparation. We work inside the business to resolve the issues identified in Discovery. This is where value is protected. Systems are clarified, roles are defined, and execution is stabilized so the business can operate without creating friction under diligence.

Transaction Coordination. When a transaction begins, we coordinate internal execution and information flow across the advisory team. We work for the Founder to ensure the process holds, requests are managed, and the business continues to operate while the deal progresses.
