These Terms apply to all WJW offerings, including consulting, project management, educational programs, digital downloads, and proprietary frameworks such as 1000 Moving Pieces™, Founder Finishing School™, Capacity Calculator™, and Simplifying the Complexity of Your World™.
All materials—including frameworks, designs, tools, templates, logos, text, graphics, and other content—are the intellectual property of WJW Consulting LLC. You may view or download materials for your own internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or publicly display any WJW materials without written consent.
Our services and materials are for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on our website constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on information provided.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise stated. WJW may pause work or terminate engagements if payment is late. Late payments may accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the highest allowed by law.
All Sales Final: Because our services include access to proprietary intellectual property and consulting expertise, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are granted for unused sessions, schedule changes, or client non-participation. Billing discrepancies (such as duplicate charges) will be reviewed internally, and any credits are issued solely at WJW’s discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WJW Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services. Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to WJW for the specific engagement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WJW Consulting LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of our materials or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate access to our tools, downloads, or consulting services at any time for misuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of law. Termination does not waive your payment obligations for services rendered.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Tampa, Florida, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action. Each party bears its own legal fees.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after updates signifies acceptance.
